THREE OAKS
A Scotsman, an American and a South African walked into bar and couldn’t find a decent beer, so they made their own. Dedicated not only to the three Oak Trees surrounding the brewery, but also to the three Okes (see what we did there?) that founded it, this Craft Lager is easy-drinking with mild herbal overtones and a subtle grainy finish.

WEISSBIER NO.5
GERMAN STYLE

One, two, three, four, five…No, this beer didn’t get its name because our brewer is a 90’s pop fan (though, don’t get us wrong, we can boogie all night long) It got its name because not only was this the 5th out of many
Weissbiers we’d made, it was also the best. Jump up and down, high fives all round for banana aromas that make way for subtle notes of clove and bubble gum.

LA SAISON
BELGIAN STYLE

In our mind, ‘tis always the season to put your feet up and relax. Though, admittedly, there is nothing better than a hot Summers day to enjoy a classic Belgian Saison combined with grapefruit, orange, passionfruit and a hint of lemon for a dry, tangy finish.

Not like the little tea pot, but more like a valiant knight defeating the enemy with an outnumbered troop, all odds stacked against him… sorry, we got a little carried away. Whether you’re a knight in shining armour or just choosing a beer, always remember fortune favours the bold, and there is nothing quite as bold as the rich aroma of coffee, dark chocolate and a hint of stone fruits.
